Suzanne Somers, the well-known actor who portrayed Chrissy Snow on the television show “Three’s Company,” has passed away at the age of 76. She was also recognized for her successful business ventures.
Somers had battled breast cancer for over 23 years and passed away on Sunday morning. Her family was by her side in Palm Springs, California. In a statement, her family expressed gratitude for the love and support from her millions of fans and followers.
In July, Somers revealed on Instagram that her breast cancer had returned. Despite the news, she remained resilient and determined to fight against the disease.

Born in 1946 in San Bruno, California, Somers began her acting career in the late 1960s. She gained recognition for her role in George Lucas’s 1973 film “American Graffiti.”
Somers’ breakout role came with the popular sitcom “Three’s Company,” which aired from 1977 to 1984. However, she left the show early due to contract disputes over unequal pay.
Despite her departure from “Three’s Company,” Somers went on to pursue various endeavors, including a one-woman Broadway show and becoming an entrepreneur. She also became the spokesperson for the “Thighmaster” in the 1990s.
Somers later returned to network television, starring in the show “Step by Step” and a biopic about her life called “Keeping Secrets.”
